The Buffalo Comprehensive Hockey Schools are a rebirth of the vastly popular PAUL GRUNDTISCH HOCKEY CAMPS.
Paul’s recent retirement left a gap that Chris felt compelled to address. Chris spent many years as a Head Instructor in the Paul Grundtisch Camps.
30+ years of on-ice Power Skating & Skill instruction with multiple Camp Alumni going on to successful hockey careers in the NHL and beyond told Chris the Camp curriculum not only produced past results but was far too valuable to leave the ice. Chris combines his high-energy, quick-paced drills with proven past camp drills & training techniques resulting in a truly unique format.
Players of all levels can expect to be challenged on ice while improving their skills- all at a reasonable cost.
“Engaging each player regardless of their initial individual skillset while instilling a love of the great game of ice hockey to the next generation motivates me. Achieving all this and allowing young skaters to have fun while doing so is simply a win-win for all!” – Chris Roswell
Program Director, Chris Roswell brings a lifetime of passionate hockey knowledge to the ice as a player through the collegiate ranks, a successful seasoned WNY amateur & High School coach, as well as an experienced on-ice instructor/director teaching hockey skills to young & old alike.
Chris Roswell & his Holiday/Leisure Rinks Staff current hockey programs include:
“Every Adult Program / Clinic & Beginner Clinic has sold out- 5+ years running!”
We look forward to seeing you at the Rinks!
"Thanks so much for a great change of pace and an awesome clinic! Our son looked forward to coming every morning. Thanks again to the great instructors" Jennifer
"Thank you and all of the coaches that helped during the forward-defense session this week. My son plays in Saugerties and I have coached his teams along the way. He had a blast and wants to sign up again for your clinic next summer already. That means a lot to us and speaks volumes for the great on-ice atmosphere you all maintain. I could tell his confidence was building over the four days". Doug
