Experience the thrill of the ice with our six-session COED Beginner Hockey Clinic designed especially for adults who are new skaters or looking to get back on the ice. No prior hockey experience? No problem! Our skilled instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of the game, starting with skating basics, puck handling, and essential gameplay rules. Each week, you'll build on your skills, improving balance, agility, and strength, while gaining a solid understanding of offensive and defensive strategies. Our friendly, engaging environment encourages participation and camaraderie among beginners, making the sport accessible and enjoyable. By the end of this clinic, you will have developed the confidence and skills necessary to engage in recreational hockey play. Skates, a hockey helmet with a facemask (certified ice hockey only), gloves, and a stick are required. These items are also available in The Hockey Shop & online if needed. Full equipment is recommended if you have it. All Sessions are @ HOLIDAY TWIN RINKS in Cheektowaga.
