In Store Return Policy

At Holiday/Leisure Rinks, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and it is unused you may return or exchange the item for a different size. We have a No Cash Back policy for Cash or Check Purchases made in The Hockey Shop. A Store Credit will be applied for The Hockey Shop towards the total amount of items returned. If you make a return and the original transaction was made with a Credit/Debit Card we will fully Credit your account for the items returned (discounts included).

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can contact any of our managers at either one of our locations. We will make every attempt to help resolve this matter for you quickly and efficiently.
