Defensemen School

@ Leisure Rinks for Ages 10 - 13

July 26, 27, 28 & 29 10:00 - 12:15 pm

This school has been developed to improve a players' total defensive skills. We will cover all aspects of the defenseman's role in today's game. emphasis will be placed on skating techniques and puck control (shooting, stick-handling, passing) necessary to not only be a strong defenseman, but also a force as an offensive-minded defenseman. Our expert staff will break down into smaller groups to thoroughly cover each defensive technique to prepare the player as a strong defenseman for the upcoming season. Each day will consist of 2 (1 hour) sessions with a 15 minute break in between.
