These programs have been specifically designed to educate the player in the proper techniques of giving and receiving a check. Our skilled staff will teach and reinforce, through a variety of drills, all aspects of the checking part of your game. Areas to be covered include when to check, how to receive a check, proper angles, open ice checking, proper back checking, hip checks and much more. We guarantee a more confident player after this 3 day clinic. Each session will consist of 1 3/4 hours of ice and a 15 minute break.
